Wealth Enterprises Corporation and through its "William Verdult, the artist known as the "The Dutch Master”, Founding Members Program is offering a select number of limited edition canvases of his newest series, “Joy and Happiness" to organizations as an auction item for charity events.

Wealth Enterprises Corporation’s -- William Verdult Founder’s Group will choose five organizations to donate a Gallery Proof limited edition canvas, retail value of $1,550.  Requests must be submitted at least 90 days prior to the date of the event.  The limited edition canvas must be used as an auction item to raise money for a non-profit organization whose mission focuses on arts, children, faith-based ministries, healthcare or economic development for the needy.  For more information, please visit:

William Verdult and Wealth Enterprises have helped raise thousands of dollars for charities, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation®, the Salvation Army, and Boys and Girls Club of America.  Organizations not selected to receive a canvas will receive a print of similar value.

Through the William Verdult Founder’s Program, art lovers and investors are invited to participate in a ground breaking “Own the Art and the Artist Too Program.” Ownership interest allows founding members to receive stock in a public company exclusively focusing on developing the artwork of a master artist. Members participate in the “Joy and Happiness” program. Members select from three programs, receiving up to eight original oil paintings, and eight limited edition signed lithographs, and participate as special guests in exhibits and galleries. Members have priority in selecting future works, receive product discounts, and own the rights to a William Verdult international distributorship.

This one of a kind effort is designed to strengthen the William Verdult brand, increase the value of art work held by art lovers and investors, and increase shareholder value.
